Include: Provided network architecture and software engineering support for
GSA’s Public Buildings Service (PBS). PBS is the largest public real estate
organization in the U.S., and a provider of workspace and workplace solutions
to more than 100 federal agencies; developed software applications in support
of operational requirements needed to effectively manage GSA’s primary data
center, including but not limited to security, continuity of operations (COOP),
and application architecture; also crafted technical policy and procedures in
accordance with government requirements.

Included: Provided technical support and developed MS Access database
application solutions for the Transportation & Security Administration
(TSA); software development projects included but were not limited to network
application tools, in-house application development, database administration

respective location anywhere throughout the world; developed a synchronous
network administration tool that could ping a network for hundreds of computer
