sections of the command.

Pennsylvania Army National remains in the Top Five of all states in total
end-strength.

million operational budget to support three recruiting areas located throughout

Range Operations Officer, Fort Indiantown
Gap, December 1997- December 1998
Directly supervised 30 personnel involving a 24-hour, 365-day
operation. Coordinated and allocated all training land, airspace and range
resources for direct and indirect live fire and non-hazardous training.
§ Set a new
standard in revenue generated and soldiers trained. Provided direct support to
the PAARNG, which is the second largest National Guard Division, along with the
USAR, USMCR, USAF, AC Units, Federal/State/Local law enforcement agencies and
civilian organizations totaling 170,000 soldiers trained, along with 230,000
fixed and rotary winged aircraft sorties to include live bombing and strafing.
§ Safely
coordinated and executed simultaneous combined arms exercises which included
fixed and rotary winged aircraft, direct and indirect fire weapons systems, and
mechanized maneuver forces with no serious injuries or loss of life.
