The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is currently implementing a major initiative Home & Community Services Information System (HCSIS) is a web-based system that is currently being developed for Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW), and Office of Mental Retardation (OMR). Informatica was used as ETL tool for extracting the data from different sources. The main objective of the project is to maintain all historical and current information in data warehouse, and generate reports for prior approval of the budget.

·         Involved in various elicitation techniques facilitated by JAD sessions and workshops with small as well as large cross functional groups and acted as liaison between business people and the project team.
·         Prepared basic documents on Data Acquisition, Staging Area Load Process, EDW Load Process and Source to Target Data Map.
