Transformed
small construction/property management company into a multi-million dollar
construction enterprise while providing corporate counsel, risk management,
contract management, and legal advisory services for the Company and its owners
and officers. Assumed responsibility for
the Company’s legal affairs and day-to-day corporate functions, matters and
