After initially joining the DCS team at Russell Investments by
way of a six month sub-contract between Robert Half Technology and CGI, my
performance, work ethic, and customer service oriented approach lead CGI to
bring me on as a full-time employee. I
have had the pleasure of providing input on and assisting with various
projects throughout my tenure at Russell, some of which are detailed below:
· Tech Bar Improvements (walk-up service center).
· CredantMobile Guardian Upgrade Project (assisted
with recovery of failed machines).
· Data Recovery.
Improved upon the method that was in use and then worked with Credant
to design, document, and implement a more efficient and streamlined
procedure.
· Ticket Queue Management (I was tasked with
managing the DCS ticket queue by ensuring that all tickets are routed out efficiently
and in a timely manner. I also
implemented a process of sending out a daily ticket report to DCS management
and technicians).
· Nuance 7 Pilot Program. Operated as the DCS representative and
worked closely with the Nuance P.M.

approximately 15k students. While working
at the school board, I had the opportunity to travel to school locations and
provide assistance directly to teachers and computer labs. The time not spent traveling was often
filled with working on problem machines that had been dropped off by senior
technicians for advanced troubleshooting.
During my tenure, the school board received hundreds of new HP
desktops/laptops that we imaged and configured for school use.
