being done by using BPM version 7.5 to show potential of renewal of existing
infrastructure and benefits of the SOA / BPM environment. Doing end-to-end
service implementation of 271/270 process for 5001 HIT, as part of the overall
claims improvement process.

analysis of the Target.com website to fully understand the potential performance
issues for the website. Did full code analysis and standards audit before
hand-over and go-life date using the Rational Toolset. Engineered code into
models to show proof of findings and suggest improvements for shortcomings.
March 2011 – April 2011. Performed
analysis of the JEGs.com website to fully understand the performance issues for
the website. Evaluated and recommended improvement for coding practices, and
optimization for application performance issues. Also did a SEO practice

San Mateo Was brought in to help with critical project that needed to be
delivered and developed within three months due to internal audits for the
USPS. Utilized Rational toolset to design, develop en integrate the system with
the current in-house systems. Systems were developed on Windows using Rational
Software Architect V6.0 running WebSphere network systems, but the system had
to run on Unix with access to VSAM and Oracle databases. Part of the
implementation was the training and mentoring of the in-house developers.
System was successfully delivered and implemented before the deadline.

project. We started off by using RequistePro to translate the hardcopy requirements
into requirement statements. This tool was then integrated in Ration Software
Architect to translate the requirements into Models and UseCases. Business
Analysis was then done on the requirements for translation into Business Models
and UseCases. The UseCases was then transformed into Business integration code
within Rational Software Architect (RSA /RAD). We also used the EGL facilities
of the RSA tool to develop SOA code, in particular SDO's to integrate a .NET
application into the legacy system using Enterprise Java Technologies (J2EE).
(SOA = WebSphere Services). Used RSA to create, deliver and integrate Project
Documentation into Project Design scope. (project documentation included system
model, business model, business flow model, UseCase diagrams, sequence
diagrams, deployment diagrams as well as Class description documentation).
2005 – Williamsburg project.
WebSphere Commerce V5.6 project. Utilized the RAD tools in conjunction with
WebSphere Business Integrator (WBI) to create the EJB(J2EE Integration
Patterns) to facilitate the transfer data from various in-house applications.
The Rational suite was used to do roundtripping for translating the code back
into models to understand the overall design/architecture of the project.
Completed additional CBT course for the Rational Toolset.

Implemented full life cycle eBusiness system for satellite imagery. Played a
key role in the development of an e-commerce company, from conceptualization
