MRP Metrics Development / Maintenance
·         Supported implementation of the Rhythm MRP/Capacity planning tool.

·         Determined offsets by a combination historical data analysis and interviews with ‘experts.

Data Integrity Monitoring and Correction

Product Structure Consolidation Implementation: Coordinated implementation of a new product structure and information flow between planning, purchasing, and manufacturing departments. ERP System Support (1998 – 2008):
·         Worked closely with functional departments and BAAN/SAP consultants defining MRP, Materials and MES ERP applications/configurations and implementation strategies to adopt.

·         Worked on multi-functional IT/Business partner teams to resolve post ‘go-live’ ERP problems as they occurred.
·         Identified the root cause of procedural and software problems.  Developed corrective recommendations and implementation requirements for management.  Worked with IT, developing specifications for new customized code requirements.  Tested software changes and updated related documentation.
·         Developed common problem Identification/Solution reference documents for support personnel while providing ongoing ERP help desk support to plants across the country.  Managed and participated in regular audits of SAP business process procedures.  Provided ERP training to individuals and groups.
