Request and analyze up to 5 years of financial statements for each credit action requested.  Breakdown the company’s financial statements to ensure they meet the credit policy standards of SpiritBank. Grade each company and submit a recommendation to the Executive Loan Committee for loan approval or denial. Grade is based on company’s financial statements and loan profitability for SpiritBank. Credit Analysis must provide statistical data with narrative describing company’s trends, liquidity, cash flow, leverage, management, and willingness and ability to repay debt.
·   Provide statistical analysis with narrative to accurately describe trends and profitably associated of peers within the same company.
