ALE/IDOC.  
  • Involved in creating the ALE set up for Delivery/Transfer to interact with Biz Talk.

  • Involved in ALE configuration for Wal-Mart Invoice. Each invoice created for an EDI order will be grouped together on an invoice list. The Invoice List document will use the output type LR00 and medium ALE to create an IDOC that is sent to BizTalk. BizTalk will format the ALE IDOC into an EDI document with the Wal-Mart format.    
  • Developed ALE interfaces for Material Master Data (MATMAS) and Vendor Master Data Distribution (CREMAS).
  • Communicated data (control data, master data and transactional data) between the different systems depending upon the message type to be communicated as specified in the customer distribution model.

  • Developed several standard and interactive reports in MM, and SD. Reports include Stock Overview of a material, Material Analysis for Purchasing, Sales Orders due for delivery, Daily sales summary, Source List for a material.
  • Interface program to change the purchase order using call transaction.
  • Uploading of Purchase order from legacy system to SAP system by using Batch input session and Call Transaction.
  • This program changes the item quantity, price, and payment terms applicable to particular item in purchase order.
  • Uploading of Employee data from  non-SAP system.
  • Uploading the Master data of purchasing info records from the legacy system to SAP system using BDC open group.
  • Uploading of Vendor Master from the legacy to SAP system by using the BDC session.
  • Created a report to retrieve PM Notifications that are in the status of Out-Standing or IN-Process, which are over 90 days old using Notification Date.
  • On Hand Inventory report in ALV format for listing plant, material details, and Identifying and inventory quantity and inventory amount sorted on plant with grand total.
  • Created Test Programs which involved designing screens, writing the flow logic with Module Pools using Object Browser, ABAP/4 Dictionary, function library, Organizer, Data Modeler, Screen Painter, Menu Painter, ABAP/4 Basic Transactions, Debugger and Runtime Analysis Tool.
  • Interface program to change the C/O address Name for Particular Employee and also created the employee table. The program uses the batch session utility.
