Manage 20 cable systems over two states
with 10 direct reports and 47 staff headcount as well as 13 contractor
companies totaling 45 technicians. 2.7k miles of plant and 123k HPs. The
primary focus of Cobridge Communication is to purchase under-managed and
under-marketed cable television systems and improve them over time so they can
better serve their franchise communities. As Regional GM my duties are to
direct and coordinate all Company operational activities in the field region to
obtain optimum efficiency and economy. Responsible for increasing company
success by effectively managing all facets of multiple system locations over
the states of Georgia and Alabama. Work with appropriate Company

Accountabilities included assisting MSOs
and ILECs with the delivery of next-generation data and video services over
fiber optic, HFC and IP networks. Drawing on our experience we support and
guide communication organizations through the entire network deployment process
from design, vendor selection, system integration and field deployment.
We help operators maximize the quality delivery of content by providing a full
array of engineering consultancy and outsource technical service. We provide
the following services for middle mile and final mile FTTH projects: Business
planning, feasibility studies, financial modeling and consulting, compliance and
reporting, negotiation of service provider, interconnection agreements, writing
RFP's, management of vendor contracts and relationships, business, marketing,
operational processes, Final design and engineering, permitting, pole access
and rights of way, project management, material and asset management, fiber
optic construction services, fiber optic splicing, headend, network operations
center (NOC) design and construction. In addition we specialize in providing
Cell Tower Back Haul (CTBH) engineering and construction services. MSProject
driven, we coordinate all CTBH engineering and construction activity to meet
time line schedules of all functions and material deliveries including

turn-up, STB testing for system integration, New channel launch, Developed
& deployed node segmentation plan, HITS migration, VOD Expansion, Hub
relocation project, Daily TechOps management of HE + hubs, Maintenance, Service

Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans. Manitain

headcount and 65 contractor staff. WOW built brand new, high capacity broadband
fiber optic network that offered super high-speed connections to the Internet,
digital cable television and new IP telephone services to residential and small
business customers across the west. It was my job to create and maintain
regional engineering plans and strategies identifying future technologies.
Approve and oversee all design, engineering, electronics and equipment to meet
or exceed quality assurance guidelines. Responsibility for FCC proof of
performance testing, documentation and compliance. Responsible for the hiring,
development, supervision, training, and support of local Technical Operations
team, including head end and plant maintenance, service and installation staff.
Include up to date training on new technologies and WOW products and
services. Manage new technology launches including technical readiness
assessment, implementation, post-launch troubleshooting, liaison to vendors,
etc. Deploy network performance monitoring and surveillance platforms in

residential customers. ACI solutions include design, engineering, OSP

the largest companies in the world and to each and every homeowner. My team and
