channel releases including print media, literature and software based tools.
Sales - Work with individual channel management in the growth and support of VFD sales. The duties include the development of sales training materials and giving training to the channel sales people.
·   Technical Support - Manage the development of support tools and training including documentation and the creation of regional one and two-day training seminars for field technicians.
·   Product Development - Managed overall product development team; defined product line requirements and design specifications. Oversaw project from inception to completion.
              Accomplishments:
·   First year sales exceeded company target (from zero to $3.5M).
·   Completely new product line introduced on schedule and under budget.
·   Second year sales currently increasing almost 50% (exceeding target of $6.0M).
