Performed a vital role in the development, functional testing, black box testing, compliance testing, and overall polishing of various in house applications and outsourced videogames from major companies such as EA and Activision.

-Communicated often with the Producers of Firebrand Games at the Baton Rouge, Orlando, and Glasgow Scotland studios.

-In constant communication with the Development team at the Baton Rouge, Orlando, and Glasgow Scotland studios.

-Interacted directly with the Dev Team in Baton Rouge and helped test and develop numerous in house applications/games.

During my employment with EA, I was assigned to a POC/POD  Leadership Role by Senior Management.  I gained this position upon recognition of my work ethic, experience, and productive contributions to numerous team assignments as a QA Tester.

Quality Assurance POC/POD Lead: 

-Interface directly with the Audio Producers and Developers of EA Canada.

-Maintain knowledge and responsibility pertaining to the Audio functionality and aspects of games.         -Collaborate with a producer on the testing criteria and test plans for applications.

-Take part in video teleconference meetings.

-Discuss focal points of goals, implementation, and understanding of tasks assigned by producers and developers. 

-Weekly meetings discussing particular direction on all aspects of game development; including evaluations of content, suggestions for improvements and provide quality feedback.

-Report on playability, usability, and identify aspects which could be improved.

-Responsible for managing and testing resources, assuring quality of the final product, finding and reporting any flaws in a game before it goes public.

-During the Beta process, perform daily checks on all live titles.

-Pre-Beta bug reporting, log bugs reported into an online bug database.

-Lead a team of Quality Assurance Testers.

-Manage and supervise their individual and team assignments.

-Find and report issues/bugs/inconsistencies.

-Address tester’s knowledge and debugging of the game. Clarify issues. If necessary, provide detailed information and give guidance that will assist testers in particular facets of game.  Verify the resolution of all issues throughout the testing process.

-Keep a daily time record of hours worked for each QA Tester, while ensuring their promptness.
