ROLE & CONTRIBUTION
Leading the RoHS project for my Business Unit. This project would make sure that all our products that are manufactured in our factories or parts that our company buys from vendors are RoHS compliant. All the existing parts that are not compliant should be converted. This is a big project as we have 5 product lines and about 45,000 catalogs and all catalogs are required to be compliant by 2015.

Leading a Compulsory China Certification (CCC) Project for my company. As a Project Leader, I am responsible for interacting with our certification team in China to ensure that the CCC certification is obtained for our products that are identified for sale in China. Job also entails working with our plant manager in Poland to ensure that the plant is inspected and certified. Finally,coordinate the effort for updating the product information for all products that get certified is also my responsibility.

Leading a Functional Safety project for our sensing products that use safety equipments. As a project leader my job is to be the glue between the engineering team and the product marketing team, manage project schedule and ensure timely delivery of product data to customers.
