·        Logistical and administrative lead in quarterly Risk Management workshops, held in conjunction with Chemical Materiels Agency (CMA) personnel.
·        Work closely with CMA personnel during Risk Management workshops and subsequent recommendations to DCD Command, preparing briefings, charts, and spreadsheets for analysis.
·        Prepare briefing slides regarding closure (7P) for Command Office in preparation for Leadership meetings.
·        Using Primavera P6, assist the Schedulers with the master closure schedule, inputting information as well as planning closure strategy.
·        Using Milestone software, create a working schedule, under the direction of the DCD Executive Officer, to integrate all manpower activities, from DCD, URS, and local community resources, in preparation for the Reduction-In-Force (RIF).
·        Emergency Operations Center (EOC) back up for the DCD Public Affairs Assistant, requiring interface with public, CMA, and DCD Command.

·        Work with a team of Analysts and Schedulers in the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) office.  Primary mission is to oversee the closure and transition of the Deseret Chemical Depot to Tooele Army Depot.
·        Created a simplified Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) chart used in briefings to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Elimination of Chemical Weapons, Commander’s Brief, Town Halls, and Public Briefings.
·        Using Strategic Planning and Analysis, create Change of Mission and End State documents for DCD closure recommending scenarios as milestones are reached.
·        Researched and Created original documents, including pamphlets for internal client summarizing Retirement Benefits, FERS, CSRS, Resume Writing, and Interview Skills, as well as a History of the Depot Visitors booklet.
·        Compiled documents, edited and formatted DCD Integrated Strategic Plan for submission to Commander, receiving “High Five and 25” award for work done.
·        Participated as a member of the DCD Morale Actions Committee, focused on developing activities to increase morale.
·        Integrate Igloo database information into Igloo Closure packages for submittal to state regulators.
