Production and Maintenance Manager

-Managed all the operations in Production and Maintenance Department with team of 6 supervisors, 230 operators in production, 4 supervisors and 23 maintenance technicians.
-In charge of production of all lines for poultry processing in compliance with strict food   processing regulations.
-Ensured availability of equipment and plant services to meet established standards.
-Developed and controlled productive and preventive maintenance programs.
-Implemented and monitored HACCP and ISO 9000 standards.
-Increased levels of productivity, obtained higher standards of motivation and better performance through process improvements.
