As an employee for WTG I am tasked with working on several projects for
WTG. I am the Lead security engineer for one of WTG most critical projects in
the West Virginia dealing with IA and the build and implementation of a High

Naval Sea Systems Command: 12/05/11 - Present
As one of the Lead IA Engineer with the Naval Sea
Systems Command are goal is to secure and keep secured the three main
developmental networks the the US Navy, and US Air Force have on site. It is my
responsibility to manage and maintain the integrity and security of the network
by monitoring and scanning the network for vulnerabilities that do not follow
the security regulations put in place by DISA, DoD, FISMA and NIST. Some of my
duties include but are not limited to:

Running
scans using on the networking using such tools as Retina, Gold Disk, Army Gold
Master

Building
and updating network diagrams for compliance as well as easy of discovery.

systems for changing within their structure that are not in compliance with
security policy in the GPO.

maintaining and updating security policies within GPO to keep compliance on all
systems on the network.

Biometrics Identity Management Agency 02/07/11 – Present
As Lead Security Engineer on the Biometrics Identity
Management Agency project I am responsible for the overseeing of a full scope
engineering analysis conducted on the agencies network for the purpose of building
a fully operational high availability site. Has project manager my job as been
to effectively deal with all project concerns and issues that may develop from
the technical level. But also to tell with all issues and concerns from a
management level. Sometimes dealing with high level government personnel on
issues with the project and the personnel don’t see eye to eye. Some of my
duties included:

To create
numerous technical documentation for all equipment and procedures taken.
·
Responsible
for all supply and asset management of all equipment related to the project and
its goals.
·
The
architecture and design of a HA (High Availability Site), on an existing
network infrastructure for a newly formed government agency. This project is
the highest priority for the government client. It includes hundreds of man
hours for data gathering, planning and designing. All with the purpose
of building out the most effective site possible.
·
Created
various project plans for the CISO and Assistant Director of the agency in
support of a complete engineering analysis.
·
Building a
full inventory database to ensure that the government wasn’t spending more
money than it allocated.
·
Streamlining
the workflow process to ensure all client deadlines are met according to
approved project schedules.
·
Creation
of pivot tables to facilitate the clarification and understanding of data or
data sets to executive personnel.
·
Overseeing
and providing direction and guidance for the creation of a customized,
multilevel Access data base compiling hundreds of man hours of data gathered for
the engineering analysis. The database
provides high level network infrastructure information to the agencies senior
level management.

To design
and creation of multiple network diagrams and engineering schematics to
complete a full agency Engineering Analyses for the new federal agency.
Other responsibilities for the project include overseeing
the creation of a MS Access data bases to facility an engineering analysis
project with the purpose of consolidating all network information into one
location for ease of access from high level management. This database was
custom built with the CISO of the agency in mind. This project was not a part
of the original project task list but was implemented by me as a way to compile
all network infrastructure information to give the CISO a better overall
picture of his network. With this in mind we created a custom database
containing new information of a more accurate statue. I designed and oversaw
the building of this database giving him and his team quick access to all
information at one time and in the shortest amount of time possible. This
database encapsulated:

HBSS Project Manager: 02/07/11 – 08/03/11
Project Manager in charge of the implementation,
configuration and deployment of a Host Based Security System onto the network
of a newly formed government agency and there network. The project was over 10
months behind schedule when I was brought in. 6 months in to the project the
HBSS systems has a completion rate of 85% on the unclassified side of the
network and 80% of the classified side of the network. This resulted in a
savings of hundreds of man hours and thousands of federal dollars. Some of my
