principles to provide technical work; perform a wide variety of interrelated or
nonstandard security assignments and resolve problems; retrieve data from
credit bureaus, review reports to determine criminal record, traffic violation,
etc.

as a a technical authority for an agency wide personnel security system

any existing clearances or prior investigations and make recommendations to
