·         Serve as a a technical authority for an agency wide personnel security system
·         To ensure reciprocity requirements are adhered to by reviewing, analyzing, and identifying information provided by applicants on personnel security forms, of any existing clearances or prior investigations and make recommendations to senior specialists for clearing or conducting additional investigation.
