This includes troubleshooting layer 1 through 3 connectivity issues with the LAN, copper and fiber cabling of network and server gear, configuring and installing all network gear and appliances and maintaining contract SLAs.
As a Security Operations Analyst/Team Lead (2005-2007), I oversaw the day to day operations of the GDC-A Security Operations Center. My responsibilities included virus management, threat notification management, ACL change management, Vulnerability Scanning, policy enforcement, remote access management, RSA token management, security event management, and network segmentation. As a field service Technician I supported hardware and software in a wide variety of networked environments including Hospitals, Government Offices, Banks, and Manufacturing Facilities. I developed a departmental web site for the ATS SE Regional Headquarters, and maintained a customer satisfaction rating of 9.3+. I opened a HP warranty account for the Megg Corp. of Greenville, managed a 1-year contract for a Military base in northwest Florida, repaired various PCs, Laptops, Printers, and Peripherals, and obtain RMA's and parts for in warranty equipment. I also developed semi annual inventory procedures to ensure accurate count.
