arrangement process with pharmaceuticals, managing formularies, preferred drug
list and prior authorization programs as well as maintaining patient compliance
programs.
Application of skills in therapeutics, pharmacokinetics, drug
information to pharmacist and interns, drug evaluation, verbal and written
skills communication, patient monitoring and case presentations.
Application of concepts and knowledge to provide general drug
information to pharmacist and health-care practitioners as well as patients and
their families in the form of patient counseling. Perform adverse drug reaction
(ADR) reporting, and recommend IV to PO conversion. Participate in drug
utilization reviews (DUR). Topic presentations and in-services offered to the
pharmacy staff and other healthcare providers at the facility.
