Recruited to a newly created position by Director to identify and develop organizational capabilities. Formulated and delivered transformation plan by developing a strategic plan to implement enterprise systems. Collaborated with business partners of Clinical, Safety, Quality, Marketing and Supply Chain/Operations, internal global IT and external clients towards introduction and management of innovative processes and solutions. Led geographically distributed teams of 28 direct / indirect team members, spanning 7 matrix teams.

·         Led business performance improvement efforts by defining and implementing the organization model to achieve through consensus alignment of Business and IT. Defined and executed on a vision to deliver, maximize cost savings and achieve delivery objectives.  
·         Directed, managed and delivered successfully a multi-year (5+ year) transformation program of $5+ million Oracle Enterprise Suite (~ecommerce/Oracle Clinical/RDC, Safety, Quality and Siebel CTMS) implementation and achieved a cumulative ROI excess of $50 million over 1-3 year period. Similarly involved cleansing downstream enterprise systems (viz. Oracle Clinical) and integrated systems to maintain synchronization with Siebel CTMS.
·         Established Enterprise Analytic platform and introduced analytic tool Spotfire in addition to BOXI with Site builder, SharePoint as the dashboard interface. Coached business and technical users towards adopting the tool within the organization.
o   Evaluated and negotiated the user and enterprise licenses with the vendor.
o   Directed and coached Infrastructure administrators of BOXI & Spotfire towards establishing the Analytic Server platform which enabled connectivity to multiple data sources Oracle, SQL Server and Access DB etc...
