Managed user accounts in Active Directory, Jira, OA, Lighthouse, Exchange, GoogleApps, Ring2, Cisco phones, CRM and more. Created FTP accounts for users and clients as well as secure FTP for legal team via Filezilla and Serv-U.. Configured workstations, Exchange, Google Apps, Printers, Office, Cisco VPN, Xerox, Jira,, Google Apps, FTP ,Ring2, Navisite, MySql, Tortoise.. Replaced network cabling at workstations, servers, and switches. Assigned user rights and group policy in Active Directory. Served as liaison for vendors such as Dell, Cisco, Apple and Worked with Paychex to set up accounts and printing capabilities through Citrix. Virus prevention and removal.
