applications, acting as a primary technical consultant in researching and
resolving issues and bugs in COBOL / CICS / DB2 programs / transactions, assigning
work through HPSM and coordinating efforts of onshore and offshore teams to manage software releases for
the SSS (Solutions Support and Services) group, working with the Development
