Production support team leader  for Summary Check and Overpayment Tracking System applications, acting as a primary technical consultant in researching and resolving issues and bugs in COBOL / CICS / DB2 programs / transactions, assigning work through HPSM and coordinating efforts of onshore and  offshore teams to manage software releases for the SSS (Solutions Support and Services) group, working with the Development group and Business owner to prioritize and coordinate efforts and software releases, reporting to the Service Manager on daily, weekly and monthly progress and issues.

On a daily basis I schedule and participate in conference calls with the business owner of the application and other managers from the applications we interface with, maintain logs and schedules of tasks in progress to keep priorities in line with business needs and goals as well as avoiding issues with our customers and subscribers and resolving issues as they arise.
