Ohio.Break/fix. Utilization of Dameware remote software.Troubleshoot and
maintain telephony systemat each site. Work within Active Directory on a
daily basis. Troubleshoot and setup of Blackberries to Blackberry Enterprise
Servers.Server environment that is predominantly virtualized using VMWare.Utilization
ofSymantec Backup Exec to perform backups of all servers to tape drives.
Responsible for transportation of backup tapes to offsite locations for
secure storage. In preparation for Exchange 2010, assigned the task of
archiving previous employee mailbox stores within Exchange 2003 and purging
their disabled AD accounts. Assist with company website maintenance and the
Content Management System. Use of Dell computers for our users and HP servers
for our server infrastructure.

Genesis 10, South Eastern Ohio
Contracted through Genesis10 to assist CompuCom and
PNC Bank with their hardware refresh of over 1500 PNC Bank branch locations.
The work is completed during weekends at various bank branches in South East
Ohio. Jobs are performed via detailed instructions provided by CompuCom and
PNC Bank. Our team replaces teller and administration computers as well as
Cisco networking equipment, multifunction printers and digital multimedia
computers that feed digital signage to LCD screens throughout each branch.
After verification that all computers and equipment are fully operational our
team is required to destroy the partitions on each computer hard drive via provided
FDisks.

as project/service ticketing boards. Kaseya Managed Services, which incorporated
remote support, system auditing, scripting, patch management and system

proactive maintenance clients. Helpdesk that remotely supported over 500
users, in over 100 locations in 18 different states. Worked within Active
Directory daily. Windows Server Support ranging from 2000 to 2010. End user
support within an AS400 network. Supported mobile devices. Network
installations. Supported various vendor software packages ranging from
inventory databases to medical record software. Provided offsite data
vaulting for multiple clients through Asigra.We utilized Lenovo servers and
computers for all of our clients as well as in house.
