requirements, programming and testing of programs used in the conversion of the
ACTION billing system to the Verizon Wireless I2K system, a former Bell
Atlantic Billing system. This activity resulted in of the successful conversion
of more than 200,000 former ACTION customers to I2K.

Key team member in the redesign of the
Action Rating functions. Defined the
requirements, design and implementation plan for the incollect rating process
used to rate incoming roaming calls as part of an ACTION rating redesign. These major changes to the Message Processing
rating process resulted in zero billing errors.

Implemented new functionality in the
Trouble Order Tracking system to allow automatic inserts of outage alerts into
the Puget Sound Energy’s TOT system.
Because of this, extensive changes occurred to entire TOT system. . Was acting lead for this project.

Designed and created routines for the
Service Guarantee to award cash rebates to PSE customers in the case of a
missed service appointment. Changes to
the Service Order Tracking System (SOT) and OACIS were required to allow the creation
of Service Guarantee data at service order closure.
