I am a 39 year old married father of three, born and raised in a small town in northern New York.  I graduated from SUNY Canton in 1992 with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and began my law enforcement career in 1993 as a Montana Highway Patrolman. I have progressed and excelled in various work environments including New York State Correction Officer, Police Officer for the Helena Police Department, Gaming Inspector for the Seneca Nation of Indians and currently as a Criminal Investigator for the Montana Department of Justice Gambling Investigation Bureau. I am actively seeking employment in the Buffalo, N.Y. area in order to reunite with my family currently living in Gowanda N.Y.
Experience
Criminal Investigator, State of Montana Department of Justice, Helena Montana 2006- present
As a Criminal Investigator for the State of Montana I am responsible for conducting criminal and civil investigations of illegal gambling, liquor and tobacco activities as well as providing investigative support to various government agencies through background investigations, suitability requirements and financial and corporate inquiries.  Duties include confidential, sensitive and high priority investigations of major crimes associated with gambling, alcoholic beverage and tobacco taxation activity including money laundering, organized crime, corruption, official misconduct, fraud, theft, smuggling, conspiracy, internal agency investigations, covert investigations and the coordination of multi-jurisdictional/agency investigations as well as providing training as a POST certified firearms instructor.
 Gaming Regulator, Seneca Gaming Authority,
 Salamanca, New York 2004 - 2006 
As a Gaming Inspector I was assigned to work in the Seneca Allegany Casino.  As an employee of the Seneca Gaming Authority my tasks included but were not limited to direct monitoring for casino compliance, securing Seneca Nation assets, conducting investigations involving customer disputes, casino employees and subsequent report writing while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

As a police officer for the City of Helena my duties included the enforcement of both criminal and traffic laws to include various alcohol related crimes, public safety and awareness, accident investigations, crime scene investigation-evidence collection, domestic violence, theft, assaults and to professionally complete timely and factual written reports for both the city and county attorney.

In my capacity as a Correctional Officer in maximum security detention facility my           responsibilities include direct inmate supervision in cell blocks, recreation areas, chow hall, processing and control.  Maintained accurate log books of inmate and correctional officer activities, issued inmate disciplinary reports, performed cell searches and inmate pat downs on a daily basis.

As a Montana Highway Patrolman my duties consisted of patrolling Montana's highways to enforce federal, state and local traffic laws, respond to and investigate crashes, crimes, natural disasters and potential safety hazards on and off Montana's roads, apprehend criminals, including those who transport drugs, provide humanitarian aid to citizens, give presentations related to traffic and safety, and build positive relations within their community, appear in court to assist in prosecuting offenders, inspect school buses to ensure that they comply with state and federal laws relating to passenger safety, perform emergency transportation of blood, drugs or other medical supplies and transport of prisoners.
