Client:      United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Army.
History:   The Army Corps, IT requirements are undergoing a change similar to the entire federal contracting domain.  They are developing a central leadership and management to IT management and implementation to reduce duplication of work and improve consistency and productivity.

Key member of ITA contract with the Army/Pentagon.  Work with the PM as deputy program manager, supporting the $650 million project. Direct all activities with the project group, manage a staff of 145 comprising of Project Managers, Engineers, Cable Technicians and Quality Assurance employees.  Restructure the project group which was responsible for all infrastructure enhancement projects within the Pentagon.  Cleared a backlog of over 100 open projects and developed  a highly productive and efficient project team.

Client:      Army, Network Infrastructure Services & Operation (NISO).
History:   The ITA/NISO organization is responsible for the backbone LAN/WAN of the Pentagon, providing support to all the military branches including the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Chiefs.

History:   The Yucca Mountain Licensing Support Network is a complex project with multiple points of contact to balance while maintaining the reporting tree.  Managed a team of 30 employees.
