Worked with business analysts and track leads to enhance the customer experience of a legacy ordering tool while a new ordering tool was being developed by the team. The goal was to keep the legacy enhancements in synch with the new feature sets that were being developed in the new tool. Coordinated the development of Critical Success Factors and their associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the feature enhancements. Managed a database clean-up project for the Cisco sales organization. The project scope included matching existing customers to new customer group designations of End User, Distributor, and Partner, as well as consolidating bill-to addresses in the system. The project brought together disparate databases and rationalized the customer licensing, contact and financial information so that the customer’s data was captured in a “single source of truth”. Managed the consolidation of business requirements from a variety of business units within the organization and confirmed traceability of each of these requirements to technical specifications and test cases. Tasked with two enterprise level projects. First worked with Chevron program manager to set up a new technical product offering for internal Chevron customers. Coordinated the feature road map for the product, called Remote GAP (global application platform. The product was designed for internal customers who wanted datacenter level support for their servers in a non-datacenter environment. This involved the development of work flow processes, creation of service level agreements, management of vendors to establish management and maintenance processes, as well as collaboration with regional datacenters to create a standardize support matrix.
Also managed proof of concept (POC) project for the migration of over 600 Oracle 9i databases to Oracle 10g RAC running on the Linux operating system.  Developed equipment and resource requirements for POC test environment, managed the procurement and delivery of systems, as well as documenting the migration processes and the test plans.
