Ÿ  Directed in-house and contract resources to implement the Mervyn’s comprehensive system replacement strategy, as outlined by the Board of Directors.  The system replacement strategy consisted of thirty-one (31) unique applications including JDA Merchandise Management System (MMS), E3 Replenishment, Arthur Planning, Arthur Allocation, Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS), Labor Management, Inovis EDI, and the Lawson Financial Suite.
·         Outlined and implemented the Information Technology Application Services organizational structure.  Directed staff of (45) internal / external Project Managers, Business Analysts, Production Analysts, and Programmer/Analysts.
·         Architected and Implemented the Business Intelligence strategy for Mervyn’s functional business units.  Managed the selection and implementation of Hyperion Essbase as the On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP) platform for the Mervyn’s Finance Team.
·         Supervised the development and implementation of the Mervyn’s Product Design and Development Factory Compliance system on the Microsoft .NET platform servicing 5,000 worldwide merchandise vendor partner organizations.
