My most current project is the creation and
maintenance of a database for off shoring invision password resets via the
citrix platform. This involves

Credit Card Resolution May 2006 –July 2008

I recovered, on average, $25000 per day in lost
revenue and missed sales due to misapplied credit cards and failed
transactions
I was responsible for the daily resolution of credit
and billing issues for corporate customers as well as courtesy calls and
collection calls.
During my time on the desk I produced presentations
and statistics for field sales operations.
I worked to adapt database and statistical solutions
to peers and supervisors specific needs and
spent time assisting with training new hires, both
classroom and on the job.
Tech Support/Installer August 2003 – May 2006
MHO Networks, Denver Colorado
Originally I worked technical support for
residential and business customers with internet connection or computer
issues. Within two years I was
promoted to installer.
I Installed and supported Canopy wireless POE
equipment and software both in the field and in house. This included the installation of Motorola
Canopy antenna, the Ethernet cable run and any necessary computer
installations.
I performed install and repair for corporate
customers including MDUs and office clusters.
This included the installation of Ethernet and any switching and/or
router installation.
I was responsible for company tools and purchase
card spending used for gasoline and vehicle maintenance.
I worked with many corporate entities and maintained
relationships with Qwest, TUCOWS and CEBEYOND.
Postal Customer Service 1997
– 2003
Teletech, Montebello, Colorado
I was responsible for providing consumer level
support for the USPS contract. I
fielded both complaint and maintenance calls acting as an interface between
customers and field offices.
I spent two years in the training department
mentoring new hires and assisting trainers.
