National Director of Mechanical Engineering, Preventative Maintenance and Energy Services - Developed and executed MEP design and PM criteria, implemented energy conservation guidelines, developed and implemented energy system upgrades and retrofits, completed overall portfolio MEP evaluation and created executive level MEP recommendations for 5 year and 10 year plans.  Reduced overall energy consumption (kWhr and BTU therms) by 23% from 1998 baseline.

·         Prioritized MEP replacements, repairs, and upgrades for capital expenditure budgets.  Advised executive committee and RVPs upon 3 year and 5 year projections.

·         Successfully developed a comprehensive worldwide Preventative Maintenance (PM) standards program and subsequently managed the successful implementation across six (6) different regions.

·         Aligned contracted PM schedules with required PM protocols.  Reduced annual PM expense by 25% and reduced annual repair spend by 30%.  Upgraded local service vendors to align with higher level expertise requirements.
