Engaging vendors and the user community. Identified opportunity to win project proposal by creating visual display of geospatial data collected for infrastructure remediation project. Solution was recognized as a significant factor in client’s decision.
      Developed web portal to display location data with assigned severity levels, so client could make more informed decisions about priority sites.
      In an image rich environment with geo-location data, resolved persistent problem for engineers trying to manage photos and location coordinates. Developed geo-tag solution using existing phones and Google freeware products, including Google Earth to create a very dynamic presentation.
