Managed execution, business sustainment and growth of two Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Defense Standardization Program (DSP) IT contracts and the associated soup-to-nuts development and maintenance of the Acquisition Streamlining and Standardization Information System (ASSIST- ASSIST is the official DoD repository of military and federal specifications and standards and is critical to the mission of its DoD and federal agency stakeholders to create, coordinate, manage and publish specifications, standards, and other technical documents in support of weapons systems acquisition and logistics.
In first two years as Program Manager, grew the program from an annual revenue $1.2M to $4.3M, streamlined the contracting process and exceeded expected margins; awarded membership in Integic’s coveted President’s Club for these accomplishments.  Received outstanding ratings from customers polled in Integic’s independent Customer Satisfaction Survey and received numerous letters exemplifying efforts taken to meet and exceed customer expectations and to meet or exceed project schedule and cost.
