Fidelity Investments: Conducted Information Management Assessment for seven divisions within the FMRCo operating company consisting of a Current State Analysis and Report of Findings on the condition of Data Management practices and infrastructure within these divisions. Examined Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, Technical Architecture, and Tool Evaluation. MPG/Arnold Worldwide: Conducted a two phase Data Integration project leading to the creation of a Data Mart for the analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of web-based advertisements. Data was sourced from two unrelated and unstructured operational systems. The first phase integrated the data into a single Operational Data Store (ODS), creating a single source of data for analysis and reporting. The second phase migrated the ODS into an architected Data Mart optimized for query and analysis. Introduced the use of a formal Business Intelligence tool.

Hancock Timber Resource Group: Conducted a comprehensive Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) assessment. The implementation Roadmap contained a detailed description of the formal BI/DW methodology, high-level cost/benefit analysis on the potential realized ROI, associated supporting documentation, and highly-detailed project plan including tasks, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
