Profile
My previous employment consists of three areas; Graphic Design, Advertising Promotion, and Office Technology. All the companies I have worked with are quite technologically oriented and this as attributed to much of my work experience. Although I am a young designer, I have worked with many successful interactive design firms such as MongieMedia & MongieDesign, Creative Services, and Interact Media Works. Regarding Office and Business Technology, I have specialized in Project Management, IT Technical Support, Reception, Customer Care & Service, Administrative support and assistance. As a individual I am creative, positive, detail-oriented, direct, observant, kind and sincere. I would say that my best skills as a worker are my ability is multitask, work at a steady pace, learn material very quickly, communicate clearly, and stay organized. I was previously living in Idaho last year

Take all inbound calls from panelist calling in concerning their phone or profile. Help panelists understand how to use their phone device, and walk them through technical support. Work with other sprint representatives when doing transfer calls concerning customer care and device management. Memorize script and dialogue. Monitor billing and payment history of panelists. Update credit and debit card. Preform great customer service and make panelists feel cared for. Preform Technical support for devices with problems by resetting or managing  from account. Manage TEP Insurance claims.
