Client Account Manager   
Account Manager handling day to day activities for a software supply chain business developing and managing product release, inventory planning and order administration activities. Client account revenues ranging from $10 – $20 million annually. 
                                                                                                                 
·         Volunteered to take on a temporary assignment at HP’s West Coast plant to manage 8 successful client startups achieving 30% revenue growth year over year. Worked collaboratively with Sales and Support Functions over 3 years to manage the integration, contract and SLA development. Received multiple implementation awards from both employer and clients.

·         Insured delivery response to the client in areas such as performance metrics, escalation, change management and communication achieving vendor scorecard ratings > 88%, above goal of 80% for 10 years.
·         Created a group forecasting tool to report future revenue plans and track historical forecast data and performance. This resulted in a more formal process and forecasting accuracy performance increased 15- 20%.
·         Developed Revenue analysis tool used by the business to monitor revenue, margin and cost to better understand impacts to changes in client account activity. This resulted in HP being able to negotiate price cuts or adjust costs for any service or product based on the activity and client relationship requirements. I was able to consistently reduce price, lower costs and maintain high margins for HP’s largest account over the term of two contracts equaling 10 years.   
·         Designed material planning and product release roadmap strategies with cross functional teams resulting in reduced inventory levels up to 50% and excess and obsolescence by 60% through on demand solutions, product sourcing and restructuring.
·         A business lead for Oracle and SAP ERP system integrations at multiple HP sites. This was critical to business growth at HP’s West Coast plant and to bring on the largest client account to multiple HP sites.  
·         Coordinated various E-infrastructure development and implementation projects including Electronic Software Delivery and website application tools. Resulting in increased service offerings and increase in revenue by $400k-500k annually. Reduced annual labor costs by $100k annually by giving customers the ability to review product information and sales order status via the internet eliminating support labor costs.
