- Program duration of 3 years with a budget
range at the end of 2009 of $1.7 million
- From completion of the requirements documents
to each publication launch was 2.5 to 4 months, depending on the
complexity of the site and its features
- The project team consisted of 12 leads, local
and remote, representing both IT and the business
- Worked closely with the Steering Committee and
project team to ensure the project stayed within scope and on time
- Led all team meetings and business briefings
- Created new and revamped existing training
materials and classes
- With Development and QA Leads defined process
for new features creation defect tracking and rollout
RBI Divestiture: Managed the sale and transfer of
eight publications/business units to Sandow Media.
- Acted as liaison between two companies to
drive all project deliverables, managing both IT and non-IT (business)
functions.
- Project duration 5 months; more than 100
geographically diverse staff members and RBI’s Greensboro facility were
included in the transfer.
- Held weekly, often daily, stakeholder meetings
with all levels within the RBI and Sandow organizations to ensure the
project milestones were met, issues were resolved and risks mitigated.
e=Rc2 (Resource Center): Managed the project to
customize and integrate an online registration, subscription, and profiling
system to support over 3 million visitors across more than 40 web sites.
