Established a line-of-business Project Management Office (PMO) for this $5 billion leading global provider of content-enabled workflow solutions and online information services.  The PMO acted to centralize and coordinate formal project management processes for web-basedLexisNexis File and Serveto deliver on their strategy andto achieve key business objectives, improving project management execution and delivery.

Directed and Delivered the following Projects:
§  E-Service Implementation:Ongoing Implementation of electronic service projects for state courts and multi-district litigations.  Past projects include US Post Office, US Marine Corp, and several California judicial districts.
§  Back-end Database Tool Enhancement:  Planned and managed data normalization enhancement to existing backend database tool which brought increased automation, efficiency & accuracy to Data Integrity daily case loading process.
§  Regional Team Realignment:  Reorganized and transitioned 10-memberFile and ServeData Integrity team from a fragmented teamtoa streamlined, formal,regional structure.Identified gaps in training protocols and designed a training program for incoming new hires, including a training plan and process manual.
§  Business Process Improvement: Identified, analyzed &overhauled +50 business processes for File and Serve Data Integrity and Accounting teams to eliminate redundancy and bring efficiencies, including documentation/organization of Sharepoint site schema to reflect improvements.  Involved 20 stakeholders over 6 months to improve processes including SQL queries, case loading, individual business rules, and accounting practices for $2M monthly revenue.
§  Internal CustomerSatisfactionSurvey:  Initiated the company’s first internal customer satisfaction survey of 50 team members, including account managers, training and firm coordinators, sales executives and regional project managers to create a baseline for improving internal customer service and associated team processes. Implemented reporting metrics and analysis to sustain continuous improvement in customer satisfaction levels.
§  HIPAA Compliance Standards:  Created standards for the File & Serve Product team (50-people) to achieve company-wide compliance to HIPAA regulations for protecting Personally Identifiable Information in File and Serve work flows.
§  Process Improvements Database Process Change from Access to SQL:  Working with File and Serve Development team, planned and managed the movement of the Business Operations Data Integritydatabase processes from an outdated Access version to their current SQL version over 3 month period.

Senior Regional Program Administrator |June 1994 – Aug 2010             
Proactively managed a world-class regional oil spill response program for Alyeska Pipeline; which is tasked with operating and maintaining the 800 mile Trans-Alaska Pipeline on a $60+ million budget.  Directed& coordinated60 small business vessel owners in training, exercises, drills and logistics. Ledthe management of the Special Projects Program, including optimization of business process development and documentation, and program-related database replacement.
