Director for Senior Residence

As the Building Services Director, I was in
charge of three principal areas: Building Maintenance, Laundry Services,
and Housekeeping. Responsibilities included monthly and annual budgets
for all three departments and supervision of employees. Building
Maintenance included work orders generated by the residents and staff,
Outside Vendors and contracts, as well as Holiday Displays. Laundry
included proper scheduling of staff and machines to ensure timeliness.
Housekeeping included the daily schedules of Rooms, Building and Staff to
ensure Quality and Satisfaction of the Residents.

I have listed, sold and leased various types of
property over the past 12 years. My niche is finding properties that have
are a real value. At one point there was 108 units that I managed. The
management included listing properties and leasing units. It also entailed
rent collection and owner reporting. I also award contracts for repairs
when needed.

the expectations from each.

As Business Manager, duties included the budget for
the business, and generating profit. Negotiating contracts with vendors and
suppliers and Job Tracking to insure timeliness and ultimately Customer Satisfaction.
Also normal office duties apply. We specialized in Nursing Homes and
Retirement Communities’ Repaints and Remodels.
