--October 2005—Successful Petition for Writ of Mandate before the California Court of
Appeal, Third Appellate District.
Obtained original appellate court holding that the California Government
Code claim presentation requirement under Government Code §905 et seq, applies
to all claims for money or damages.
--June 2005—Defeated creditor’s bad faith attempt to levy upon out of
state judgment in violation of previous bankruptcy discharge.
--June 2004-August 2005—Helped navigate the Port of Oakland through administrative
approval of increased fees to off-airport parking vendors in order to raise
millions of dollars needed to resolve budget issues, improve public safety and
fund airport improvements.
