ACCOMPLISHMENTS

October 2010 established a new service delivery
model, the Developmental
Center for Behavioral
Services (DCBS). The center-based model provides access to a milieu of services
to children 18 months to 18 years in a clean, safe and stimulating environment.
This delivery model is the first of its kind in the State of Florida , providing Board Certified Child and
Adolescent Psychiatry, Clinical Psychology, Licensed Counseling, Board
Certified Behavior Analysts all under one program, utilizing a Trauma and
Developmental Informed Care model.

August 2011 participated with Governor Rick Scott’s
Policy and Budget office, as well as with the then interim Director of the
Agency for Persons with Disabilities in the development of cost saving
proposals to ease a 150 million dollar budget short fall. Six proposed cost
saving measures were adopted for immediate use by the agency. February 2012
submitted additional cost saving measures to Senator Joe Negron’s office after
his introduction of SB1516.

Executive Officer
Established as a home and community based
behavior support agency, Inspire Choice provided Applied Behavioral Analysis
(ABA) services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Our
commitment to improving the lives of our clients and their families drove our
success. In December 2008, after seeking investment capital for expansion of
services modalities, Pediatric Health Choice offered to purchase Inspire
Choice. In June 2009 Pediatric Health Choice assumed Inspire Choice. At the
time of purchase, sale of services grossed $45,000/month with a consistent
growth rate of 20% per quarter. As the proprietor my responsibilities included;
