records management system to reduce errors and missed deadlines - Took the
initiative to revise a records management system for an organization involving
more than 1,800 confidential files. Spearheaded a cross-functional team of
seven employees to identify requirements for each file and process; redesigned
the database; and developed new tracking processes to ensure that all actions
completed on time. Successfully increased
on-time delivery of critical personal actions across the organization.
Redesigned medical
records management system to maintain 16,000 records - Coordinated maintenance and security
for over 16,000 medical records in high volume Military Entrance Processing
facility. Developed new procedures and
standards to maintain control of the file room and records; conducted training;
and directly supervised employees to ensure that high quality standards and
records accountability was maintained. Supported organizations each achieved
100% of their individual goals.
Successfully launched
new customer service center in less than 90 days - Led a team of 10 to completely build out new customer service
