- Responsible for the administration, troubleshooting and
maintenance of an Enterprise-class Army System.
- Performs system backups, hardware/software installation and
upgrades.
- Troubleshoots server, user and network issues related to the
Microsoft Windows network operating system environment, as well as server
based applications.

with IAVA policies that identifies computer application software and
operating system vulnerabilities on the Department of Defense SIPRNET and
NIPRNET.
- Well versed in using GIF LAN Guard for patch management for
Microsoft operating systems and other applications on a daily basis.
- Well versed in using Microsoft Exchange creating, modifying and
transferring accounts on a daily basis.
- Provide nationwide help
desk support for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers end users with a variety
of PC related issues via telephone and email response.
- Resolves PC software
configuration problems via remote installs of software updates and/ or
approved patches. Perform hardware and software diagnostics and coordinate
repair with local onsite technicians if necessary.
- Document user's problems
through the use of Remedy online problem management system to include initiating,
updating, and resolving problem
tickets
- Resolve computer system
problems, including coordination between users, product line specialists,
and components of the Local Area Network support staff.
- Provides team support for answering
agent questions and resolving escalated customer service calls.
- Assist in the training of team members
on system policy and procedure changes and enhancements.
- Assist Team Lead in monitoring individual
team members’ performance to identify the need for additional assistance or
coaching.
- Responsible for
contracting products/services to selected customers in designated market
areas via telephone. Act as a support person for Sales Solutions
Consultants' efforts with no individual account ownership.
- Responsible for
inbound, outbound or a combination of inbound/outbound telesales
activities and contract acquisitions for a sales team.
