·          Change Management – Successfully implemented new company acquisitions of 500 staffers that involved critical last-minute changes and authorizations by management.  Implementation was completed in 50% of scheduled time (one month instead of two) and under budget.
·          Process Improvement – Increased team productivity by 75% (decreased time spent performing manual system updates from five days to one day) by automating manual processes for identifying and reviewing retiree age-outs.  Created system specification and worked with programming staff to write new program, created test plan, conducted testing and implemented final program.
