baseline analysis used to upgrade the existing XenApp 4.0 platform to the
current XenApp 6.5 platform using six sigma project management processes. The Desktop
Refresh Project consists of replacing existing legacy desktop and laptop
computers at Belk Store Services and Belk Divisional offices. My team worked
with the department managers and individual Belk Associates to ensure that we
migrate all of their applications and locally stored data. I report directly to
the Belk IT Operations Manager. We provided consistent and comprehensive status

I served as the focal point for all financial services budgeting, vendor
planning, tracking, coordination, escalation, reporting, and problem resolution
responsibilities.
Implementations included equipment
staging, hardware configurations, site preparation, vender coordination and
acceptance testing of the network equipment on the Wachovia WIN network.
My team provided post migration
support during the workday following the migration including end user
verification and device functionality obtaining individual user sign-off. My
team carried out network hardware and Telco circuit decommission tasks
associated with shutdown and removal of legacy hardware and circuits. After
each completed migration we conducted a lessons learned session and apply those
lessons to the remaining tasks. I updated new network components and removed
decommissioned circuits and network hardware into the Asset Tracking
Information Center
(ATIC) database provided by Wachovia.

access network and Cisco converged AVVID VoIP solution, redundant network
components and disaster recovery site design.

and call-management center build out projects for: Car Quest NA, Stock Building
Supply, Appalachian State University, Merck pharmaceuticals and Wachovia Bank.
As a BellSouth contracted project manager I’m responsible for the project

associate call-management center relocation and six hundred (600) branches
under the First Union-Wachovia LAN remediation project. The taskforce developed

about how we want to use networking technologies over the long term, and are
derived from business goals and corporate values. We provided the primary
linkage between business strategies, general IT strategies, and network
strategies. I provided daily status reports to senior management and

Next Generation Network (NGN).

and technicians. I managed with full financial and budgeting authority for Bank
of America. My team was responsible for the designed and implementation of the
network infrastructure for Bank of America’s 2 million square foot Gateway Village Technology

then relocated 13 data centers. The Data Center network architecture includes:
a main distribution facility, server farm, e-commerce center, midrange systems
center, direct banking management center, 6 customer call management centers
totaling six-thousand (6,000) end users, a VoIP environment supporting 12,000
associates and relocated 32 developmental labs and 1,200 associates utilizing
Cisco Data Center Network Architecture (DCNA). I managed installations and
coordinated disaster recovery contingency plans supporting critical lines of
business. I managed and coordinated external and internal vendor installation activities
and provided installation status updates to the lines of businesses. My team
staged Cisco network hardware, scheduled delivery and implementation dates. We
incorporated Bank of America’s solution for distributed data centers for
continuous service over wide-area enterprise networks in the event of site
disruptions.

I managed a USAF Joint Tactical
Information Distribution System (JTIDS) test team under contract by Vitro
Defense Services. My team operated and supported the USAF Joint Surveillance
and Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) and Joint Tactical Information
Distribution System (JTIDS). JSTARS is a joint development project of the US
Air Force, Navy and Army which provides an airborne, stand-off range,
surveillance and target acquisition radar and command and control center. My
team operated and supported the aircraft telemetry systems on the Boeing
707-300 E-8C series aircraft is the JSTARS airframe and Airborne Warning and
Control System (AWACS) E-3 computers supporting the U. S. Air Force global
defense network. JSTARS aircraft have 17 operations consoles and one navigation
/ self-defense console. A console operator can carry out sector search focusing
on smaller sectors and automatically track selected targets. Fixed high value
targets are detected through Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR). My team performed
the preflight of the aircraft communications systems to fine global
synchronization making it ready for flight. My team disseminated the battle
scenario with the crews to improve on real time performance and pilot
relatively. My security clearance level was cryptographic.

I was a member of the United States
Air Force Communications Command information technology Group. My team provided
airborne technical and logistical assistance to units of active Air Force,
