·       Designed and implemented a project management guide book for custom test systems.   The project teams were dispersed globally and not working with consistent processes or vocabulary.  The book was used to enable project teams to work globally and also achieved ISO certification for the division.
·       Consulted on virtual teaming practices for a company who had opened several remote manufacturing sites.  Productivity of the remote sites increased by 25% and the rate of failures was reduced by 50%.
Business Support Specialist
·       Initiated and documented a process for gathering, analyzing, and reporting presales information.  Based on presales costs vs. revenue, decreased the number of sales engineers by 10%.
·       Gathered and analyzed data on root causes for business deals lost in the division.  Results were used to implement a new partner program which reduced the rate of lost deals by 20%. 
Administrator, System Support
