General Manager of this 141 room (independently own and operated) property I
Directed the daily operations of all hotel departments to ensure that hotel
service and quality standards are met in all areas of the hotel with maximum

operations of a very demanding airport hotel including but not limited to

This was a distressed property that also suffered severe neglect making my job extremely hard at the very beginning. A complete turnaround occurred that included increased in Medallia (guest satisfaction scores) from the mid 40s to early 90s in just a few months.
