·       Distribution E-Commerce Lead

            I supervise up to 30-45 associates performing production requirements to fill customer’s E-Commerce orders to supply for another department. I manage from 3,000 to 15,000 orders per shift including cycle counting, inventory adjustments and restock minimum required quantities. I manage the workload requirements and associates to control balance and to meet goal requirements.
            I train and develop new associates coming into the department and being cross-trained to perform job responsibilities. I coach associates considering their individual experience and expertise; responding effectively to their immediate needs
·      Distribution Equipment Lead

·      Two years experience in a 750,000 square foot plant
             I supervised 10-15 equipment drivers of Powered Pallet Jacks, Order Pickers, Pacer, Reach truck and Turrets. The operators’ task and job requirements were to supply product for replenishment for another department’s usage. I controlled all required orders and request to maintain these functions on a time-restricted schedule. I have worked with 1 million units to sort and distribute to PO’s and Shipping Numbers. I held safety update and formal safety discussions and managed all equipment maintenance requirements. I have operated all equipment for four years.

·     Administrative Assistant/dispatcher
·      Silk Road Transport, Arkport, New York, June 2001 to June 2002
            I processed trip sheets, O/S permits, pro #’s and bill of ladings. Processed driver applications, DOT physical records, assisted in accounts payable, handled multi phone lines and scheduling appointments and customer service. Worked with Rapid Log 5 to maintain driver log sheets.

I was a driving partner and bookkeeper; we were leased to a flatbed company dealing with LTL and contract customer loads. Managed all invoices, bill of ladings, trip sheets, logs and calling for appointment times. Maintained all licenses, permits, and insurance forms. Kept all personal and employee accounts for payable/receiving, insurance benefits and tax required forms.





·        Retail Warehouse Manager
·        C T Farm & Family, Hornell, New York, June 1985 to September1998
·        Thirteen years experience
I performed all shipping and receiving duties that included processing all Purchase Orders, Bill of Ladings, and Packing Slips, Cycle Counts, and Inventory Control. I prepared UPS shipments. I coordinated all truck scheduling of deliveries and out going shipments.  I placed all Inventory orders to maintain the required levels. I assisted in monthly and yearly inventories. I managed all Customer service and warranty needs. I assisted at the customer service/parts desk on a daily basis. I performed opening/closing procedures for the Retail Operation. I supervised up to 10-15 associates performing Warehouse duties and maintained employee personal benefits. I operated a forklift for 13 years in this position.

             Graduated with a Regents Diploma from Canaseraga Central School, Canaseraga, NY.
             Completed Strategic Leadership Course at Northeast Alabama Community College Rainsville, Al.
 I have obtained a Forklift License, and a CDL Class A Permit, and served on several safety and employee                                                              committees.
 I have worked with Execution Dashboard, Rapid Log 5, PKMS, WMS, RF Hand Held Scanners, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point programs
