·   Establish strategic partnerships/joint ventures for growing opportunities to support US Government contracted supplies of ammunition products to include the U.S. Army M855A1 projectile and SOCOM 4.6 x 30mm cartridge.
·   Oversee all corporate advertising, promotional activities, social media, trade shows, and public relations.
·   Championed new product launches through customer research and development, production operations fit, and profit optimization strategies.
·   Initiated supply chain management practices, lean manufacturing, KANBAN’s, and enterprise resource planning systems.

-Increased sales from $13 million to projected $32+ million within the Law Enforcement and US Government trade channels. Increased gross margins and EBITDA through lean manufacturing, increased throughput, and supply chain management.
-Implemented new product line launches to include remanufactured frangible pistol and rifle ammunition, premium long range Special Forces barrier blind ammunition, and select cowboy action pistol loads.
-Completed certifications for US State Department for compliance in domestic and international shipments of ORM-D.
-Solidified distribution framework and sales force for domestic government and law enforcement territories.  Manage 14 distributors in the U.S. along with 6 internal sales personnel, support staff, and contract specialists.

·   Interfaced with Law Enforcement Contract Administrators and Military Contract Administrators to provide field information.

-Implemented state of the art Law Enforcement Wound Ballistic Workshop Database for customers and industry members to access pertinent terminal ballistic information.
-Awarded ATK A3 Award for coordinating the largest law enforcement shooting event in the company’s history.
-Successfully launched six new products to include Federal HST, Speer Gold Dot Rifle, Force on Force, Federal Tactical Bonded Tipped, and Weaver Tactical Scopes.  This drove ATK Law Enforcement market share to 72% in ammunition.

·   Originated commercial/residential mortgages on more than 250 different loan products for clients in the Pacific Northwest.
