  • Served as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the Oracle e-Business Suite Bill Presentment Architecture (BPA) product. Represented BPA in customer interactions, weekly manager meetings, and department meetings. 
  • Fielded all product inquiries from QA, support, sales, consulting, other Oracle product teams, and customers.  Recipient of Oracle’s 2005 “Honorary Sales Consultant” award.
  • Participated in the product strategy, analysis, and design of BPA’s initial and subsequent releases. Gathered and prioritized requirements, defined scope, formulated & finalized designs, and completed all functional design documents & UI prototypes.
  • Oversaw BPA development, and coordinated work between in-house and overseas development. Prepared and executed testing of BPA new features, including integration testing with external applications as well as support of QA testing.

Arbor/BP Project (August 1999 - August 2000) – Integration Manager (IM) Team Lead of the conversion and implementation from the legacy system to the Arbor/BP billing system, as well as development of the interface between Siebel Enterprise Applications and Arbor/BP
  • Led and represented Arbor IM team during UAT with Siebel, TecNet, Iprov, and OMS
