  • Member of the underwriting team that was Number One in Bank Qualified new issues in 2010 in
      New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. Result: R&C was able to bid on all new issue
      Bank Qualified and non Bank Qualified tax exempt bonds in the Northeast region.
  • Provided support for 20+ salesperson force and 10 person banking teams located in six offices in
      the Northeast Region in preparation for new issue pricings and secondary trade executions.
  • Co-Manager of committee to upgrade firm’s internal deal tracking procedures and ticket writing
process to move to a paperless ticket writing system.
  • Reconciled positions in accounts R & C is a syndicate member in as either a Co-Manager, Member
      or a Selling Group member and kept Underwriters informed of movement in those accounts.
      Result: Allowed firm to profit from additional takedowns in market friendly environment.  
  • Assisted underwriters and secondary traders in bidding of bonds via submission of bid(s) with

Assisted Underwriters in pricing and bidding on new issue bonds and grew position into a pivotal
information distribution site, technical liaison functions and Public Finance activities.
  • Worked closely with underwriters during all phases of underwriting process to insure all aspects
      of pricing met Citigroup’s and Public Finance Department’s requirements. Worked independently
      and made autonomous decisions, insuring the desk ran smoothly at all critical times.
  • Communicated Syndicate’s needs to technology team for system upgrades. Quality assured new
      programs, analyzed results and authorized rollout to production. Result: Savings of two to
      four hours per new issue in entering orders.
  • Taught IT professionals what essential info was  needed on order tickets and provided
      instructions on when an order ticket is not to be accepted. Result: Reduced rejected trades
      by 70% and eliminated Syndicate market exposure to unsold bonds.  
  • Placed bonds on auto trading systems, displaying all positions to institutional salesmen and
      entire network of retail financial consultants as well as other trading houses.  
      Result: All positions owned by Syndicate are known to all accurately and in a timely manner. 
  • Held on-going conversations with Institutional, Middle Market and Retail Salespeople
      regarding New Issue Calendar and offered color on price thoughts. Result: Salespeople had
      pricing thoughts to share with clients and offer feedback before actual pricing.
  • Managed syndicate’s Disaster Recovery Team. Was present at DR site several Saturdays
            per year, testing system preparedness and offering critiques on essential systems.
      Result: DRS fully operational with needed systems and software.
  • Managed Master Agreement Among Underwriters and Selling Group Agreements for
      Negotiated and Competitive issues for all Citigroup underwriting regions. Result: Several
      Hours per new issue saved managing responses for new issues Managed by Citi.
